Step 1: Personalise Your Certificate Template
When you sign up for GoCertificates, we’ll create a master certificate template tailored to your specifications. Whenever you need a new certificate, simply open the GoCertificates app and select Add Template. This creates a copy of the master template that you can customise by updating text fields, adding images and choosing from a variety of fonts and formatting options. Once saved, you have a tailor-made certificate ready for sharing with your recipients.
Step 2: Customise the Certificate Access Form
After setting up your template, the next step is to tailor the certificate access form that delegates will use to generate and download their certificates. You can customise branding, descriptive text, field labels and access code preferences to suit your needs.
Step 3: Secure Access
GoCertificates uses access codes to control certificate downloads. When setting up your certificate access form, you can provide a single access code for all recipients or upload a CSV file containing multiple codes for individual use. You decide how to distribute the code(s), for example by email, on an event feedback form, through a conference app or other suitable method. You can also choose whether the code appears on each recipient's certificate.
Step 4: Share with Delegates
For each template you set up, GoCertificates generates a standalone certificate access form and corresponding link. It also provides HTML code which you can use to embed the form directly into your website if required. Share the access code and appropriate link with your delegates through your preferred method.
Step 5: Generate Certificates
Delegates follow the link to the certificate access form and enter their code and name details. A personalised PDF certificate is instantly downloaded, ready to store digitally, print or share with others. It's a professional, hassle-free way to issue certificates that also provides a quick and convenient experience for recipients.
